I don’t know where to begin, we had the privilege to work with Jen for both the selling of our house and purchase of our new house. When we had bought our Old house we always bought for the neighbourhood and not for the house! I always knew what I wanted and Jenn was very patient when houses would come to the market and we would go have a look there were a few times where we were close but we knew it was just not right! I’m not lying when I’m telling you it probably took about four years and 20 houses to find the right one! But she never lost patience with us! There was a house we always liked but we never thought it would come to the market and I always told her that that was what we were looking for! She phoned me one night and told me you’re not gonna believe me when I tell you it’s coming to market! Of course I thought there’s no way we stand a chance with the way the market was going! But we were wrong and our dreams came true and we are now living in the house we always wanted in the exact neighbourhood we never wanted to leave!
There was a lot of things that needed to be done to the house we were living in previously but we didn’t know where to start, Jen came over and helped us walk through the house and gave us tips and pointers on what we need to fix and do to make our house ready to sell and put on the market! When it was time we had more than one offer and sold on the first day of listing!
